In accordance with global retail industry standards, and for the safety of our consumers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of products that appear to be opened, tried, or used.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You need to exchange it for the same item.
Process of Exchange:
- First contact us over WhatsApp Chat (Link is available on both the app and website).
- After getting confirmation over WhatsApp, please send an email to ecom.cloud22perfumes@gmail.com with all the required details.
- Post verification by our team, we will arrange a product exchange. The courier charges for sending the product back will be borne by the customer.
Refund Policy
Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
